Teaming and Role: Wordsworth Communications serves as a DBE subconsultant to Michael Baker International under an on-call contract with PennDOT’s Bureau of Public Transportation. Julie Johnson served as work order manager for this assignment, working directly with the PennDOT project coordinator.
Services: Wordsworth Communications brainstormed the document’s focus, tone, scope, and organization with PennDOT leads; prepared and conducted interviews of key PennDOT staff and other subject matter experts; drafted the document content, including letters signed by the Governor and Secretary of Transportation; requested, selected, and optimized photos; developed and refined the layout in Adobe InDesign; and supported PennDOT reviews, revisions, and printing of the final booklet.
